Olivia lives for messy books. The more tangled, confusing, or “we swear this reconciled once” the situation is, the happier she becomes. She specializes in turning accounting chaos into clean, efficient systems, complete with workflows and processes that actually make sense and stay that way.
With a background in audit and business law, Olivia has a sixth sense for catching issues before they become problems. She is also the undisputed QuickBooks Online fixer. If QBO is broken, glitchy, misbehaving, or just being dramatic, Olivia can fix it. Her tech skills are fully on point, and clients love her for making even the most frustrating accounting situations feel manageable and under control.
When she is not wrestling spreadsheets into submission, Olivia enjoys watching and playing sports with her boys and spending time with her husband. She brings the same energy to family life that she does to her work: focused, strong, and always ready to tackle the next challenge.
