KayLynn brings a depth of experience as a CPA, Financial Controller, CFO, and Investment Advisor Representative to help individuals and businesses build meaningful and lasting financial success. Her work is rooted in education and strategy, with a focus on helping clients truly understand their finances so they can plan intentionally and make confident, informed decisions.

As the founder of Clockwork Accounting, KayLynn is passionate about shifting the role of accounting from reactive reporting to proactive guidance. She believes financial clarity is the foundation for growth and that education is the most powerful tool for long term success. Through advisory focused support, she empowers clients to take ownership of their financial picture, strengthen their businesses, and create sustainable wealth.

Beyond her client work, KayLynn is deeply committed to service. She regularly participates in service projects that support and give back to underserved communities. She is also in the process of launching an educational series focused on teaching children about money, with the goal of building financial confidence and literacy from an early age. KayLynn’s mission is to turn financial understanding into confidence, opportunity, and generational impact.

Olivia lives for messy books. The more tangled, confusing, or “we swear this reconciled once” the situation is, the happier she becomes. She specializes in turning accounting chaos into clean, efficient systems, complete with workflows and processes that actually make sense and stay that way.

With a background in audit and business law, Olivia has a sixth sense for catching issues before they become problems. She is also the undisputed QuickBooks Online fixer. If QBO is broken, glitchy, misbehaving, or just being dramatic, Olivia can fix it. Her tech skills are fully on point, and clients love her for making even the most frustrating accounting situations feel manageable and under control.

When she is not wrestling spreadsheets into submission, Olivia enjoys watching and playing sports with her boys and spending time with her husband. She brings the same energy to family life that she does to her work: focused, strong, and always ready to tackle the next challenge.

Scott Stone brings over 30 years of experience helping clients make sense of complex financial decisions and build lasting wealth, often while making it sound far easier than it actually is. He is a graduate of Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in financial analysis from the College for Financial Planning. Scott is a licensed CPA, a registered investment advisor, and a licensed health and life insurance agent in Arkansas and Missouri, which means there are very few financial questions he cannot answer.

Scott joined Clockwork Accounting this fall, and his analytical skills are already turning heads. He has an uncanny ability to look at a spreadsheet and immediately see what matters, what does not, and what could be improved. Clients appreciate his clear explanations, practical insights, and calm, strategic approach to decision making.

When he is not analyzing numbers, Scott is usually spending time with his wife, Shelly, and their two sons. He enjoys watching football, shooting hoops, and heading to the lake on weekends, though even family game nights have been known to turn into friendly debates about strategy and probability.

Jean is a seasoned tax accountant who has survived and thrived through more than 48 tax seasons and counting. She specializes in strategic tax planning for small businesses and individuals, with a particular depth of knowledge in tax law and estate taxes. If there is a rule, exception, or obscure IRS nuance, Jean has probably seen it and remembers why it exists.

Semi retired, Jean joins Clockwork Accounting each tax season, bringing a lifetime of experience and a calm, no nonsense approach that only decades in the profession can provide. She is a trusted resource for clients and teammates alike and a walking encyclopedia of tax knowledge.

When she is not untangling tax codes, Jean can usually be found in her garden. She knows nearly as much about plants as she does about taxes and both tend to thrive under her care. Jean has two children and an impressive and ever growing pile of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Rosemary loves spreadsheets and that magical moment when everything finally balances on a bank reconciliation. A QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she has been working in accounting since 2019 and is known for her strong analytical skills and ability to sort through even the messiest accounts and bring them back into balance.

Rosemary has a knack for problem solving and reconciliation and can untangle complicated financial situations with patience and precision. She approaches her work with a calm, thoughtful mindset and is always cheerful, supportive, and willing to help, making her a joy to work with and someone the entire team relies on. Simply put, Rosemary makes everyone’s life easier.

Donna brings a strong foundation in accounting and finance along with a wide range of hands on experience in bookkeeping and tax work. She has worked in a local CPA firm, served in a senior tax accountant role, and most recently worked in property accounting. Her background allows her to step into complex situations with confidence and clarity.

Donna is comfortable across multiple accounting platforms, including QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and NetSuite, and is known for her adaptability and willingness to dive in and learn. She approaches her work thoughtfully, asks good questions, and values accuracy, organization, and follow through.

With a collaborative mindset and a steady presence, Donna fits naturally into Clockwork’s team oriented, flexible environment. She brings both experience and curiosity to her work and is excited to contribute to a firm that values growth, balance, and forward thinking advisory services.

Lyn loves working with numbers and keeping everything neat, tidy, and exactly where it belongs. A QuickBooks Pro Advisor with eight years of bookkeeping experience, she has been an essential part of Clockwork Accounting for over five years. Her quiet, consistent approach makes her incredibly effective, and her work speaks for itself.

Lyn has a special talent for organization and accuracy. She catches details others miss, keeps client books clean and orderly, and brings a steady calm to every project she touches. While she may be soft spoken, do not let that fool you. Lyn sees everything, remembers everything, and is quite possibly the kindest person you will ever meet.

Charlee began her journey at Clockwork Accounting as an administrative assistant, where she quickly became known for making sure every client had exactly what they needed. She has since become a certified bookkeeper and is now the go to resource for all things bookkeeping, systems, and getting things done the right way.

Charlee has incredibly high standards and only accepts perfection, which makes her an invaluable part of the team. She combines strong technical skills with a deep understanding of client needs and a positive, energetic approach that brings both excellence and fun into the office. Her attention to detail, problem solving skills, and enthusiasm elevate every project she touches.

Greg is passionate about customer service and genuinely loves making people feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. With a background spanning multiple service industries, sales, and teaching customer service seminars, he brings both experience and heart to every client interaction.

Known for his endless supply of puns and jokes, Greg has a gift for putting people at ease and making sure no one feels left out. He is the kind of person who notices when someone needs help before they ask and takes pride in creating positive experiences for both clients and teammates.

When he is not at work, Greg can often be found behind the grill or out on his motorcycle, always ready with a story or a laugh.

Alyson is an exceptional executive assistant with over 12 years of experience and a remarkable ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. She keeps everything moving smoothly, manages client relationships with care, handles sensitive information with professionalism, and delivers consistently outstanding service.
